Founded in 2014, and headquartered in Georgia and North Carolina, The ATM Grant Writing and Consulting Corporation is a one-stop shop solution for organizations of every size. Our CEO, Ashley T. Martin, better known as "Ley" is a grant writer and nonprofit fundraiser with more than 20 years of experience and she understands what it takes to grow businesses and nonprofits from the ground up. Our primary focus is helping organizations find and secure grant resources to complete their mission and empower others. We also provide tips to build solid relationships with potential funders for mutually beneficial partnerships. We are confident that our professional grant proposals, research skills, and affordable costs make our agency the partner as we help those who help others.

Her work is strategic and yields solid, loyal, and long-term collaborative partnerships that maximize organizational impact for the communities served. With a 90% success rate in successful funding applications, she has the confidence and persistence to further enhance lucrative business opportunities.

Ley is a native of Clayton County, Georgia, holding a Bachelors of Arts degree in English from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Arts from American Military University. She took an interest in public service after honorably serving the U.S. Navy and earning honors for aiding distressed service members and their families. Ley is credited for planning several training modules related to staff development for more than 70 employees and has managed all aspects of program planning, fundraising, and volunteer maintenance. Her experience includes grant writing, staff training, course development, and establishing strong diplomatic partnerships between governmental entities and community stakeholders.

Ley has built her expertise under State government and media agencies, serving as the first African American to serve in this capacity. Her work has been recognized by Goldman Sachs and Juvenile Court Association of Georgia (JCAG) for two consecutive years for her services and success. She is a member of a host of state and national organizations and serves as a board member for various nonprofit organizations.
